Peter Banuelos

This is my first time teaching WR 121 and WR 115 at Linn Benton Community College. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oregon State University in English. I received my Master's Degree from Oregon State University; it was a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with my three fields of interest being English, Adult Education, and Ethnic Studies. While I was a graduate student, I worked as a graduate teaching assistant for the Ethnic Studies Department at OSU--this is part of the School of Language, Culture, and Society. I've lived in the Corvallis area for nearly a decade and I look forward to assisting LBCC students with their academics and writing, but also providing support in other areas. Feel free to email me or come by my office if you have any issues or concerns in regards to your classes, life, access, college success, or anything really. I'm here to serve students and teach writing with diversity, inclusiveness, and social justice being pivotal to my class objectives.
