JN216 - News Reporting & Writing

This introductory journalism course teaches prospective writers how to research and write for print and online publication. Topics include basic interviewing and research skills; journalistic writing style and grammar; organizational structures for news, feature and online articles; and legal and ethical issues in journalism.
