Meet Bob

I try to hike or snowshoe in the Cascades once a week throughout the year, conducting studies to incorporate into my ecology and plant classes.

I am a professional photographer as well as a biology instructor. While doing aerial photography for clients, I am able to take photos of different parts of Oregon for use in Oregon Ecology.

My great joy is sharing the wonders of nature with students in ways that help them to understand how the world works and how they can fit into this world successfully and joyfully.

Although I retired in 1998, spending time with students in the classroom and field continues to be a very high priority for me.

I have LBCC's best students, so why stop teaching now?
