Bi-Mart Business School Scholarship

This scholarship requires a special application form obtained through the Business Division, B-111.

Scholarship Description:

To help outstanding students in the Business Division with financial need to continue their education at LBCC. Scholarship availability is dependent on funding.

Recipients will be selected based on the following:

Academic Subject Area:
Business
Recipient must show financial need
Must be Oregon Resident
Must be a Linn or Benton Co. resident
May be an international student
May be a dual-enrollment student
Funds may be used for dual enrollment expenses
Requires a minimum GPA of 2.5
Preference given to underrepresented groups
Student's year at LBCC when receiving award: Second Year LBCC
Scholarship is dependent on funding. Applications through the Business Division. Money received from Bi-Mart will be used by the Business Division to help outstanding students with financial need to continue their education at LBCC.

Scholarships can be used for: Tuition, fees, books, childcare, living expenses and/or special needs.

Award Amount: $500

Number of Awards available: 6

Apply during Spring Term,

Enrollment requirement per term: 12 or more credit hrs.

Term(s) award to be paid: Fall,

Attendance is required at Spring Awards Dessert

A scholarship donation is received from the Bi-Mart Corporation representing proceeds from the Bi-Mart Corporation Scholarship Golf Tournament. LBCC is one of 25 schools that benefit from Bi-Mart and their suppliers teaming up each year to help deserving students offset some of their educational costs.
