Cait Morgan

I am a Counselor and Advisor at Linn-Benton Community College. I advise students who are working toward a high school diploma and taking some or all of their classes at LBCC. I am a Registered Intern working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. View my Professional Disclosure Statement to learn more about what this means.

Your success is important to me.

I can support you with:

  • Career Exploration - What is my goal? How do my skills and interests match up with potential careers?
  • Education Plan - What classes do I need to take to achieve my goal?
  • Academic Success Strategies - How do I manage my time? Prepare for an exam? Get assistance with a class?
  • Navigate LBCC - What is the waitlist policy? How do I register for or drop classes? What student clubs are available to join? Where do I get my textbooks?
  • Identify and Remove Barriers - Something is getting in the way of my success - what resources are available?

If you are unsure where to start, you can start with me. Even if I am not able to answer your question directly, I will connect you with someone who can.

Schedule an Appointment

Please follow this link to sign up for an appointment time or call 541-917-4780 to schedule. I am best able to help you if we can meet in person, however, I am happy to schedule phone/skype appointments if transportation is an issue. Advising appointments are typically available 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (if you are seeing time slots outside of the business day on my calendar, then please check your calendar settings to ensure you are set for the correct timezone).

Drop-In/Office Hours

If you have a quick question, please stop by the Advising Center (Albany Campus, Takena Hall 101) during my drop-in/office hours (Winter Term 2018 - Tuesdays 11:30am-1:30pm). Check in at the Reception Desk. I will meet with students every 10-15 minutes. If you think you need more time, please schedule a longer advising appointment through the process above.
