Academic OneFile   
  • Academic OneFile contains peer-reviewed, full-text articles from leading journals and reference sources. Covers physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects, with articles available in both PDF and HTML full-text format.

    Academic Search Premier   
  • Academic Search Premier is a multi-disciplinary database containing full text for nearly 4,500 journals, including more than 3,600 peer-reviewed titles. Allows users to limit searches to "scholarly" or "peer-reviewed" journals only.

    Greenfile   
  • Focuses on the relationship between human beings and the environment with information on topics ranging from global warming to recycling to alternate fuel sources and beyond. Comprised of scholarly and general interest titles, as well as government documents and reports, GreenFILE offers a unique perspective on the positive and negative ways humans affect the ecology.

    Agricola   
  • Agricola, provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, provides citations for books and articles in all aspects of agriculture and allied disciplines, including animal and veterinary sciences, entomology, plant sciences, forestry, aquaculture and fisheries, farming and farming systems, agricultural economics, extension and education, food and human nutrition, and earth and environmental sciences.[NOTE: contains some full-text; students may have to use Interlibrary Loan to order publications.]

  • Provides citations and full-text articles for more than 140 publications, including many scholarly journals, in alternative medicine and related topics.

    Health Source: Consumer Edition   
  • Provides access to more than 130 full text, consumer health magazines, over 1,000 health-related pamphlets, and 130 health reference books. Also contains more than 4,500 Clinical Reference Systems reports (in English and Spanish); Clinical Pharmacology, which provides access to 1,100 drug monograph entries and 2,700 patient education fact sheets.

    Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition   
  • Provides access to nearly 550 scholarly full text journals, including nearly 450 peer-reviewed journals focusing on many medical disciplines. In addition, this database includes Clinical Pharmacology, which provides access to up-to-date, concise and clinically relevant drug monographs for all U.S. prescription drugs, hard-to-find herbal and nutritional supplements, over-the-counter products and new drugs.

  • Gale Virtual Reference Library is a database of encyclopedias and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary research. These reference materials once were accessible only in the library, but now you can access them online from the library or remotely 24/7.

  • Ambrose Video is a leading producer of educational documentaries for middle schools, high schools, and colleges, with an extensive library of materials, in social studies, literature, fine arts and the sciences.

    Films on Demand   
  • Streaming media from Films for the Humanities & Sciences (FFH&S). Videos from Humanities, Science, Business and Technical Education.

    Intelecom Online   
  • Intelecom provides streaming clips on a number of vocational and academic topics. Links to individual clips may be embedded within online courses.
